A children’s book which attempts to address how the way in which children learn language can be affected by those around them. This stemmed from research into how children learn vocabulary mainly from hearing words around them, which they then associate to a certain meaning, often being incorrect. The book shows 2D characters in a 3D space to display a child-like style of arts and crafts, as well as showing how a child reacts to the environment which surrounds them. Spreads are considered compositionally in order to facilitate legibility whilst still maintaining the attetnion span of children by creating dynamism.
